2024 Holiday Shipping 

For delivery prior to December 25th, please keep in mind the following:

  • Order must be received on or before Thursday, December 12th
  • *While this cutoff date provides a guideline for shipping dates to meet the holiday deadline, we cannot guarantee the service levels of any carrier. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather and high order volume, may still occur.

How long will it take?

In-stock items will be processed within 24-48 hours (please allow for extra time during promotions). Per the carrier, USPS Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days and USPS Tracking® service is included. Carrier delays are beyond our control but please contact customercare@korwater.com if you have not received your order within 5-10 Business Days.

What services do you use?

Within the continental U.S.: USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping method. We may use FedEx or UPS for some orders. 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. After your order ships, you’ll receive an e-mail with tracking information for your package. 

International Shipping

Kor is proud to be a global lifestyle brand that connects people around the world through water. Unfortunately, due to the current issues carriers are facing and the rising costs to both shipper and receiver we have regretfully suspended shipping outside the contiguous US.
